Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti is both a religiously and historically significant Hindu event (especially) for Agrawal and Jain communities because it is the birth anniversary of Maharaja Agrasen who laid the foundation of Agroha city and 18 Gotra of the Agrawal community. Gandhi Jayanti is a national event of India for celebrating the birth anniversary of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi every year on 2nd October, honoring his role in Indian Independence.
