When Navratri Day 2 Comes?
It comes four times every year on the day of Shukla Dwitiya:
- On Ashwin Shukla Dwitiya during Sharadiya Navratri (Maha Navratri)
- On Chaitra Shukla Dwitiya during Vasant Navratri
- On Ashadha Shukla Dwitiya during Gayatri Navratri
- On Magha Shukla Dwitiya during Magha Navratri

About Goddess Brahmacharini
The word Brahmacharini contains one Sanskrit word ‘Brahmachari’. Here Brahmachari means ‘the unmarried’ or ‘bachelor’. Thus the literal meaning of Brahmacharini is the bachelor lady.
Goddess Brahmacharini is considered to be another incarnation of Parvati who became Sati in this form. Brahmacharini is worshipped for moksha that is emancipation and for peace and prosper life.
